1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using VaultPurge ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Service Description
VaultPurge provides a Zero-Knowledge digital vault designed for high-velocity recruitment agencies and law firms to automate data retention and satisfy legal "Right to Erasure" requirements.
- Automated retention logic (TTL).
- Cryptographic shredding of data encryption keys (DEK).
- Generation of Deletion Certificates for compliance auditing.
3. Zero-Knowledge Accountability
VaultPurge operates on a Technical Inability model. You acknowledge that:
- We do not hold your raw decryption keys.
- If you lose your password, we cannot recover your data.
- Once a file is shredded (either manually or via policy), it is forensically unrecoverable.
4. Subscriptions & Fines
Fees are billed monthly in advance. Our Compliance Guarantee applies only to users who correctly configure retention policies in accordance with their local regulations.
5. Limitation of Liability
VaultPurge is a tool to assist with compliance. Final accountability for data protection remains with the Data Controller (the User). We are not responsible for fines incurred due to user configuration errors.
